  • As a menopause coach, I provide specialized support and guidance to women who are going through menopause or perimenopause. Here are some of the services I provide and the expected outcomes of working with me:

    Education: I provide you with education on various aspects of menopause, including the physical and emotional changes that occur, as well as the different treatment options available.

    Symptom management: I help you manage the various symptoms of menopause, including hot flashes, insomnia, mood swings, and vaginal dryness, by providing lifestyle modifications and recommendations for natural supplements or other treatment options.

    Nutrition guidance: I help you make dietary changes that support your hormonal health and manage symptoms.

    Exercise recommendations: I help you develop an exercise plan that supports your physical health and helps to manage symptoms of menopause.

    Emotional support: I provide you with emotional support during this transitional time and help you manage any feelings of anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns.

About Me

Hi! My name is Jen. I’m a Chicago-based Board-Certified Health Coach and an Eating Psychology Coach, performance mindset coach, and personal trainer. I attended DePaul University on a softball scholarship, achieved All-Conference, All-Midwest, and ASA All-American accolades and was inducted into the DePaul Athletic Hall of Fame in 2011. I have also been a competitive and regionally ranked triathlete, a flag football All-American, and a fitness model. I have a passion for motivating clients to reach their fullest potential. My rare and unique skillset covers all aspects of the mental game, and I am able to guide athletes to master their mind for ultimate performance enhancement. 

I have been a coach and personal trainer for 15 years and have worked with professional athletes, media personalities, Wounded Warriors, chronic pain sufferers, diabetics, and youth athletes. I understand, firsthand, the complicated psychological and performance pressures that can challenge an athlete’s confidence. I will help you to shift your perspective, understanding, success, beliefs, and power and control. I have learned that everyone has negative thoughts at times, even professional athletes. We work together to harness your mental toughness and improve your performance and enjoyment of your sport!
